Step 2: Once we have confirmed availability we will explain the booking process over the phone or by email. Once you have paid a deposit you will receive an email receipt that confirms your booking. Please bring this receipt with you when you come to check in at the reception desk. If you lose the receipt we will have a copy but we would appreciate it if you bring it with you.

Please keep in mind that we require a deposit of 50% for all reservations and 50% upon arrival,since we need to organize all the people, equipment, transportation etc… Our refund policy that states that we will refund your deposit if you give us advance notice and cancel your reservation.
